At Girlfriend Hair, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our hair extensions and hair products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund or exchange policy for hair extensions, hair products, and related items.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your hair extensions or hair products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, and downloadable software products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Downloadable software products
  3. Some health and personal care items

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. If you still have not received your refund, please contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@girlfriendhair.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@girlfriendhair.com and send your item to the provided address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
